This Regional Law establishes the value of public or municipal land destined for sale to the owners of edifices and construction located thereon. The price of public or municipal land shall be equal to two and a half percent of cadastre value in case of sale to commercial organizations, individual entrepreneurs, citizens and non-commercial organizations that are owners of the aforesaid constructions and edifices. For all other categories of buyers land price shall be equal to land tax for a land unit multiplied by three times in urban areas with population varying from 200 thousand to 500 thousands residents, and multiplied by ten times for urban areas with less than 200 residents or outside the boundaries of urban areas.
