This Regional Law establishes the modalities of elaboration of and decision-making in relation to classification of land areas as urban land, exclusion of land areas from category of urban land and establishment of authorized types of land tenure. The aforesaid decisions shall be made by the Governor and shall be legalized in the form of Governor’s normative legal act.
