This Regulation provides general principles for good agricultural practice in the use of fertilizers, the period during the year when it is not allowed to use fertilizer on agricultural soils, the methods of fertilizer application on sloping terrain, water saturated soils, flooded, frozen or snow covered ground conditions, application of fertilizer near watercourses, the procedures of application of mineral and organic fertilizers, container size and characteristics of manure.Fertilizers are used in a way that the basic objectives of fertilization are: a) to achieve a stable, cost-effective and high yield of good quality; b) the optimization of the supply of crop nutrients; c) the maintenance or repair of soil fertility; d) the environmental protection.The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
