This Order establishes the extent to which bio ash can be used for agricultural purposes in the environmental sector. Each year (before 1 April) ash manufacturers shall electronically report to the Environmental Protection Agency the quantity of bio ash sold for agricultural use.This Order consists of 9 Chapters and 6 Appendices: Notice of application (1); Definitions (2); Manufacturer requirements (3); Requirements for user (4); Requirements for soil quality (5); Monitoring and enforcement (6); Appeals (7); Penalty (8); Entry into force (9).Appendix 1 - List of biomass and biomass waste.Appendix 2 - Limits of bioash and aqueous extracts.Appendix 3 - Sampling, analysis frequency, analytical parameters and analytical methods.Appendix 4 - Schedule of declarations of bioash.Appendix 5 - Standard Designation for ash.Appendix 6 - Soil quality standards and sampling and analysis method.
