Article 62 shall be supplemented with the following items: (a) “Item 3. Members of agricultural cooperative shall voluntarily transfer in usufruct free of charge without the right of expropriation for the period of no less than one year; (b) “Item 5. Agricultural cooperative shall use transferred agricultural land in accordance with the legislation and in the interest of landowner”; (c) “Item 7. Agricultural cooperative shall be granted the right of purchase agricultural land from other landowners, including members of the aforesaid cooperative”; and (d) “Item 8. After withdrawal of one of its members from agricultural cooperative the right of usufruct by the aforesaid cooperative of the agricultural land pertaining to the aforesaid member shall cease and it shall be transferred back to owner after harvest in accordance with transfer and acceptance act”.
