The Order establishes that in case of identification of the infringement of land legislation the officials of the authorized land institution shall draw up administrative offence report specifying date and place, position, first and last name of the official drawing up report, personal data of the infringer, place, time and type of offence, legislative act envisaging liability for the aforesaid offence, personal data of witnesses and injured party (if there is any) and other information required for the solution of case. The report shall be drawn in three copies one of which shall be handed over to the infringer, second copy shall be inserted in the case file and the third copy shall be kept by the drawer of the report.

Regulations
