The scope of this Law shall be keeping the state cadastres, collection and using of the cadastral information. The State cadastre is a component part of the uniform system of the state cadastres and represents the system of updatable information regarding geographic position, legal status quantitative, qualitative characteristics and valuation of natural, economic or other objects to which the state cadastre is applicable. The Uniform system of the state cadastres shall be composed of: (a) State land cadastre;(b) State cadastre of mineral deposits; (c) State water cadastre; (d) State forest cadastre; (e) State cadastre of plant species; (f) State cadastre of the animal kingdom; (g) State cadastre of protected areas; (h) State cadastre of waste; (j) State cartographic and land surveying cadastre; and (k) State cadastre of territories. The Cabinet of Ministers shall be the authorized institution responsible for keeping the state cadastres. The keeping of the state cadastres includes: (a) registration of ownership rights; (b) recording of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the cadastral objects; (c) systematization, storage and updating of the cadastral information; (d) reporting on the state of the cadastral objects; (e) granting access to the cadastral information. The valuation of the cadastral objects includes the qualitative assessment and valuation.
