An Act to provide that certain testamentary instruments shall be probative if such instruments conform to the Convention on Conflicts of Laws relating to the form of Testamentary Dispositions concluded at the Hague on 5th October 1961.

This Act concerns the probative status of titles of inheritance drawn up in accordance with the Convention on Conflicts of Laws relating to the form of Testamentary Dispositions concluded at the Hague Conference on Private International Law. The Act also defines some criteria for a properly executed will.
