The present Regional Law lays down legal basis for carrying out state policy in the field of land survey, coordination and control over activity of all organizations of any organizational and legal form, as well as of citizens engaged in individual entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of land survey. The document consists of IV Secs. that contain 18 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-4) lays down general provisions. Section II (Arts. 5-9) establishes relations between the participants of land survey activity. Section III (Arts.10-17) regards land surveying process. Section IV (art. 18) lays down final provisions.
