The Premier decrees that Regulation on federal cartographic and geodetic fund and the list of data included into them must be elaborated by the Federal Geodetic and Cartographic Service by agreement with the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Economy, State Archives, the Ministry of Finance and other federal executive bodies concerned that store data pertaining to cartographic and geodetic fund of the Russian Federation, and must be validated by the Government of the Russian federation. Regulation on territorial cartographic and geodetic fund must be elaborated conformably to the regulation on federal cartographic and geodetic fund. Regulation on departmental cartographic and geodetic fund must be elaborated conformably to the Regulation on federal cartographic and geodetic fund and must be validated by the respective federal executive body by agreement with the Federal Geodetic and Cartographic Service.
