Order No.5 of 1999 of the Federal Land Committee regarding change of the forms and terms of forwarding operations report on the course of land reform.

Chief of the Federal Land Committee, in connection with the necessity of amendments to the forms and terms of forwarding operations report on the course of land reform, orders to validate the form of operations report on the course of land reform (in accordance with the Annexes 1, 2, 3). Chief of the Federal Land Committee orders to establish that operations report on the course of land reform must be forwarded by the territorial branches of the Committee by electronic means of communication and on paper regarding the state of affairs to the date of the 1st of January and the 1st of July no later than the 8th of the following month. Operations report must register the following indices: concession of land to individuals, data regarding the availability of legal documentation certifying the right of ownership (right of use), report of availability and use of the stock of land destined for re-distribution. Operations report must contain also analysis of socio-economical, legal and organizational causes that have caused the alteration of the indices for the period under review.
