This Federal Law establishes the legal basis for state regulation of securing fertility of agricultural land. The purpose of this law is to establish the legal foundations for state regulation of securing reproduction of fertility of agricultural land in the process of carrying out economic activity by landlords, landowners and land tenants. The Federal Law consists of 7 Chapters that contain 31 articles. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 determines the competence of Federal Executive Bodies, regional executive Bodies and Local Administration in the field of securing fertility of agricultural land. Chapter 3 establishes the rights and the duties of landlords, landowners and land tenants in the field of securing fertility of agricultural land. Chapter 4 regards state regulation in the field of securing fertility of agricultural land. Chapter 5 concerns state support of activity in the field of securing fertility of agricultural land. Chapter 6 deals with dispute settlement in the field of securing fertility of agricultural land and establishes the liability for the infringement of Russian legislation in the field of securing fertility of agricultural land. Chapter 7 lays down the conclusive provisions.
