This Law provides juridical facilitation for granting ownership without recompense for agricultural land to families or people who have it in use.Excluded from granted ownership are:1. Agricultural lands, which on the date of entering into force of the law are within the limited borders of cities, villages or inhabited areas;2. Agricultural land included in the areas with tourism priorities;3. Agricultural land included in the scientific activities of institutes;4. Agricultural land given in use to the agricultural specialists;5. Agricultural lands that are invaded or gained illegally; have been in use but the users have obtained the property illegally or performed other illegal activities;6. Agricultural land in use by joint enterprises, until the invalidation of the contract between parties or finalization of the contract. Agricultural lands that are not acquired according to the aforementioned means remain State property.Users of agricultural lands within the limited borders or areas with tourism priorities shall be compensated with sites in urban areas or on the coasts. For families with more than 6 persons the compensated area will be 1500 m². For families with fewer persons the compensated area will be 200 m² less for each person.
