Resolution of the Collegium On progress in introduction of the land registration system in the Kyrghyz Republic (No. 1/3 of 1996).

Given that in implementation of works on introduction of the land registration system serious shortages and omissions have been ascertained by the central authorities, this Resolution obliges the oblast and rayon agricultural departments to participate in organization and introduction of agricultural land registration and to assist in search of competent specialists and testing of the present staff.

Implements: Resolution on approval of temporary basic unified agricultural tax rate for usage of agricultural arable lands, rates valid for one occasion and annual tax for usage of the lands of settlements and non-agricultural lands and tax rates for usage of householding land plots by rural and urban citizens in 1997 (No. 560 of 1996).
