Regulation 7 of the Surveyors (Registration and Administration) Regulations 1989 is amended by inserting, after sub-regulation (2), a new sub-regulation (3) as follows: "(3) In any survey where land for different purposes is surveyed together, the fee shall be charged in accordance with the Table appropriate for each purpose". The Second Schedule is amended (a) in the "contents", (b) in Table 1 and 2, and (c) by inserting Tables 12, 13 and 14 regarding the following: (i) additional fee for survey of boundary or traverse lines in hilly areas, freshwater swamp and tidal swamp, (ii) survey fees for the survey of land for the purpose of mining lease, and (iii) fees for the survey of land for different purposes under temporary occupation licence (T.O.L.).
