of its remaining natural resources, and especially the needs of fish and wildlife populations and their habitats. Chadians traditionally have harvested wildlife and their very rich fisheries to supplement their diets. Remaining fish and wildlife resource should be managed in conjunction with agriculture , protection of habitats in parks and reserves, creative use of resources in those protected areas, and ecotourism so that the greatest sustainable benefits for the human population can be attained in the future.
