Implementing Law relating to the Land Consolidation Act of 14 July 1953 (BGBl. I p. 591).

The present Law provides for the implementation of the Federal Land Consolidation Act of 14 July 1953 (BGBl. I p. 591). In particular, article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the supreme and superior authorities for land consolidation in Schleswig-Holstein are, respectively, the Agriculture, Environment and Rural Space Office, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Space.

This Ordinance establishes the Council for Physical Development and provides rules for town and country planning and development in general in Aruba. The Minister shall prepare a Physical Development Plan, which contains general indications of proposed development. The Plan shall be adopted by State Decree. Directives based on the Plan may determine which development activities may be carried out only with an authorization of the Minister. Such activities may include the mining, the felling of trees, afforestation and cultivation of land and the establishment of waste reception facilities.

Ordinance implementing the Land Parcel Act and German Reich Settlement Act.

The present Ordinance enforces the Land Parcel Act of 28. July 1961 (BGBl. I p. 1091) and the Reich Settlement Act of 11 August 1919. Article 1 establishes that the sale of one or more contiguous properties forming an economic unit and not exceeding 15ha does not require an authorization under the afore-mentioned Land Parcel Act. The text consists of 4 articles.

Mecklenburg-Vorpommern – Land Use Planning Law.

Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The whole land of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Tasks and principles of land use and regional planning (I); Programmes of land use and regional planning (II); Organization of land use and regional planning (III); Safeguard of land use and regional planning (IV); Other provisions (V).

Law implementing the Land Consolidation Act.

The purpose of the present Law is to provide for the enactment of the Federal Land Consolidated Act of 14 July 1953 (BGBl. I p. 591). In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the nomination of competent authorities and tribunals in the Land Baden-Wurttemberg responsible for the execution of the afore-mentioned Act. These Regulations implement the Strata Titles Act in respect of: preparation and registration of strata plans; strata plan, lot plan, location plan and re-subdivisions plan requirements; amendments to a strata plan; registration of plans intended to create an easement or restrictive agreement; matters affecting a body corporate; and valuation and fees. Only a surveyor registered under the Land Surveyors Act may prepare a strata plan.

Strata Titles Registration Act (Cap. 56:52).

This Act provides for the registration of strata titles, i.e. title in strata lots in accordance with a strata plan. The Registrar of Titles shall keep a register of strata plans and shall record therein particulars of all strata plans lodged in his office for registration pursuant to the Act. The Act also provides for the management of the common property by a corporation to be formed, upon registration, by proprietors of strata lots included in a strata plan. It also, among other things, provides with respect to easements and sets out the requirements of a strata plan.

The Act principally concerns the registration of interests in land. This Act shall apply to: (a) registration of interests in all public land as declared by Article 62 of the Constitution; (b) registration of interests in all private land as declared by Article 64 of the Constitution; and (c) registration and recording of community interests in land.The National Land Commission in consultation with national and county governments may, by order in the Gazette, constitute an area or areas of land to be a land registration unit and may at any time vary the limits of any such units.
