This Order the 1995 Order as follows: the introduction of a requirement to consult, in England, the Regional Development Agency before the grant of planning permission for certain categories of development (art. 3); the introduction of an additional exception to the requirement to consult before the grant of planning permission, for development which is not EIA development where a local planning authority considers that the development proposed is subject to any up to date standing advice issued by the relevant consultee in respect of a category of development. (art. 4).
The Act, consisting of 27 sections, provides for the transfer of the lands reserved for the use of aborigines at Framlingham and Lake Tyers to the Framlingham and Lake Tyers reserves, whose operation is regulated under the Act.
This Decree establishes special legal status and the modalities of allotment of plots of land to the participants of special industrial zones. The aforesaid land plots shall be transferred on condition of temporary land tenure for the period of 30 years, i.e. for the period of functioning of industrial zones as stated by decrees and other decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Infrastructure and production sites shall be located on site in accordance with land-use planning schemes.
Section 1 contains the definitions of terms used in this Decree, Section 2 provides rules regarding river banks, Section 3 contains rules concerning the first bottom of rivers, Section 4 contains the rules regarding wetlands and areas endangered by underseepage, and, finally, Section 5 provides final provisions.
These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People’s Republic of China. The Regulations consist of 6 Chapters, dealing with: General provisions; Formulation and amendment of urban and rural planning; Implementation of urban and rural planning; Supervision and inspection; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions. The Regulations provide for the procedures of, and requirements for formulation, approval, amendment and implementation of urban and rural planning.

This Law provides for general town and country planning and provides rules relative to development in Jersey. It also provides for the protection of trees. The purpose of the Law is to conserve, protect and improve Jersey’s natural beauty, natural resources and general amenities, its character, and its physical and natural environments. An application for planning permission to carry out prescribed development under this Law shall be taken to include any environmental impact statement relating to the application prepared and provided in accordance with provisions of this Law.
These Regulations prescribe for Wales types of development for the purposes of section 108(2A) and (3C) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, which limits the circumstances in which compensation is payable for withdrawal or refusal of a planning permission in accordance with section 108.
