These measures propose to strengthen land administration, the protection of land rights, and to improve utilization of land in Shanxi. Chapter I provides for administration of land. The local government shall restrict conversion of land for agriculture to land for construction. Chapter 2 concerns ownership of land and land use rights. The Province shall implement a land registration system in accordance with the Law. Chapter 3 makes provision for comprehensive land utilization plans to be drawn up by local governments. Chapter 4 contains provisions for the protection of farmland.

Official Reply of the State Council with regard to the approval of the Land Use Plans 1997-2010 of Beijing. Beijing is the capital city of China and the political and culture center, which has large population with limited land. The Reply approves the Plans and emphasizes to strengthen the administration of land resources. By the year of 2010, the reduction of cultivated land shall not exceed 23940000 qing (= 6.6667 hectares), the basic farmland shall be 299330000 qing, the land use for construction shall be controlled within 610 square kilometers.

This Regional Decree adopts to the Autonomous Region of Azores Decree-Law No. 219/94 (concerning the coastal zone management plan). It consists of 3 articles specifying that for the Autonomous Region of Azores the competent authority entitled for the management, exploitation and conservation of: water, environment and natural resources shall be the Regional Direction for the Management and Planning of Territory and Water Resources.

Religious establishment (not defined) shall be assigned by the State land areas that they are currently using without any "readjustment thereof". Land includes agricultural and forestry land. Local authorities shall grant land use right certificates for the land on which religious buildings are constructed. Establishments receiving such certificates shall appoint legal representatives who shall be held responsible versus the State for the use of the land allocated to their organizations. Existing land disputes shall be settled prior to the granting of the certificate.

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers amends the Regional Management Plan for Algarve (PROT-Algarve).

These Regulations provide for the incorporation into Irish law, in respect of relevant development of Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. The Regulations modify the provisions of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Acts, 1963 to 1983 so as to provide a framework for the application of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to the planning control procedures under those Acts, and for the application of EIA to relevant development by local authorities.

El presente Reglamento del Sistema de control estatal sobre la tierra, dispone que la responsabilidad de dirigirlo corresponde a los delegados territoriales y a los delegados municipales del Ministerio de Agricultura. El Reglamento crea las Comisiones de Asuntos Agrarios a nivel nacional, provincial y municipal, como órganos que evalúan las temáticas relacionadas con la legislación agraria y coordinan las acciones a ejecutar.

These Regulations amend provisions relating to environment impact assessment. The amendments restate provisions relating to the information to be contained in an environmental impact statement and exemptions from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact statement. The Regulations also extend the provisions concerning the furnishing of additional information relating to an environmental impact assessment.

Le projet d'agglomération dans une aire urbaine est approuvé par délibérations concordantes des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale et des communes intéressés. Ces délibérations prévoient les modalités selon lesquelles le projet d'agglomération approuvé fait l'objet d'une diffusion au sein de l'aire urbaine. Le contrat particulier prévu au troisième alinéa de l'article 23 de la loi du 4 février 1995 est élaboré conjointement avec l'Etat et la région ainsi que, le cas échéant, le département.

Le présent décret modifie les dispositions du chapitre II du titre Ier du livre Ier de la deuxième partie (Réglementaire) du Code rural, relatives au document de gestion de l'espace agricole et forestier, élaboré à l'initiative du préfet du département, et aux zones agricoles protégées.
