This Decree establishes the modalities of making amendments to the boundaries of plots of land, tracing new boundaries and insertion of updated data into land cadastre information system. Annex 1 contains the form of notification on change of the boundaries of land plots.
Ce décret charge le Ministère de l'économie et des finances de procéder au relevé systématique de toutes les terres cultivables disponibles du domaine privé de l'Etat et d'en faire dresser le cadastre afin de les lotir et de les distribuer aux familles paysannes nécessiteuses qui en produiront la demande. Cette distribution sera assortie de l'obligation pour ces familles de mettre personnellemnt en culture, dans l'année même, au moins 2/3 des terres dont elles sont bénéficiaires. Les bénéficiaires sont considérés comme des usufruitiers de l'Etat pour une période de neuf ans renouvelable.
This Regional Law regulates management of the objects of cultural heritage pertaining to the regional and municipal property. The scope of this Regional Law shall be conservation, protection and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. It shall be applicable also to classification of the objects of cultural heritage, registration thereof, mapping of the boundaries of areas containing objects of cultural heritage.

This Act provides for land administration and other matters relating to land, the protection of the environment and several matters relating to the conservation of wildlife and fisheries resources.The Act consists of General Administration (I); Surveys (II); Purchase and Development of Land (III); Classification and Alienation of Government Land (IV); Leases (V); Renewal of Renewable Leases and Reassessments (VI); Remissions, Revaluations, Forfeitures (VII); Conservation and Environment (VIII); Miscellaneous (IX).
This Regional Law validated General land-use plan of the city of St.Petersburg, containing mapping of the boundaries of the areas of cultural heritage, land tenure and land management regimes and authorized land uses.
This Regional Law establishes that that boundaries of the objects of cultural heritage shall be reported on city maps and also areas of particular conditions of land tenure and land-use planning due to the presence of the objects of cultural heritage.
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to geological and geophysical surveys and activities and provides information and data to be used by government and industry to analyze and evaluate the potential for oil and gas resources and potential geologic hazards of offshore areas. The text consists of 12 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Reports (2); Survey monuments (3); Geophysical exploration near pipeline, utility, residence, etc.
This Regional Law delimits plenary powers between state bodies in the sphere of regulation of land relations. Legislative Assembly shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) adoption of legislative acts regulating land relations; (b) establishment of cases of land expropriation; and (c) establishment of minimum and maximum land areas allotted to citizens for housing construction.
A Land Survey Board is established under section 3. The Board shall be chaired by a Director of Surveys, the duties and functions of which are set out in section 11.Responsibilities of the Board are set out in section 5. The Director of Surveys shall be the custodian of the Survey Register in which surveys shall be entered (sect. 14). Other provisions of this Act concern qualification and registration of land surveyors and the practising of their profession.
The present Ordinance enacts the Survey and Cadastre Law of 12 May 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to powers conferred to competent authorities. This Act establishes guidelines on surveying and mapping services through the Survey and Cadastre Authority. The latter must perform the geodetic surveying and topographic mapping of Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, conduct cadastral and surveying services, perform the seismic service in Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, perform research and development work in geodesy and seismology.
