The present Ordinance implements the federal legislation on official land survey and the Law of 26 November 1995 on official land survey. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Spatial Information Office shall be responsible for the land survey in the Canton St. Gallen. The text consists of 69 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Enforcement (II); Marking (III); First survey and renewal (IV); Updating (V); Access and fees (VI); Subsidies (VII); Final provisions (VIII). One Annex is enclosed.

This Presidential Decree designates the Federal Agency of Immovable Property as the authorized federal executive body responsible for keeping the state land cadastre, conducting land valuations and survey, and enforcing land legislation. It shall have the following plenary powers: (a) territorial land use planning; (b) cadastre registration of immovable property; (c) mapping; (d) reports on administrative offences related to land legislation; and (e) protection of classified information.

This Law is composed of 9 chapters, setting out the duties of the State and regulating land surveys and cartographic activities in order to create a framework for such activities and to provide a professional and efficient service. Chapter 5 deals with the carrying out of land surveys. Ownership questions and cartographic activities are regulated in Chapter 7. Administrative provisions are set forth in Chapter 8 in which the Commission of coordination of Land Survey and Mapping is established.

The exact description and delimitation of habitat types are an important tool and a basic condition for the protection and effective management of the natural environment and biodiversity in Greece. It is also a bounding obligation towards the competent EU bodies. Previously registered habitats (period 1999−2001) concerned in total 237 land areas totaling roughly 2 millions hectares of land. This work was the first and only mapping of habitat types in protected areas, resulting in the production of thematic maps (habitat type maps).

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Luzern. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.

The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of a spatial data infrastructure system of Hamburg as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.

This Regulation has been elaborated by the specialists of the Committee on Land Reform and Land Resources (ROSKOMZEM) and determines the modalities of working out, issuing (substitution) and conservation of official documents. This Regulation was approved by the Scientific and Technical Council and was validated by the Committee on Land Reform and Land Resources of the Russian Federation.

Part I of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 establishes a new regime for access to the countryside. Under Part I maps prepared by the Countryside Agency will show registered common land and open country. These Regulations make provision for the preparation of and consultation on maps in draft form under this Part. Regulation 3 provides for the preparation and scale of maps issued in draft form, including the form in which they are to be prepared.

The Regulation specifies limited values and measures for preventing soil pollution. The Ministry of Environment, together with other pertinent institutions and agencies, defines the areas and locations where soil pollution occurs and determines and implements corresponding measures. The list of soil pollutants and their limit values are given in Annex-IA and Annex-IB of the Regulation. Use of any agricultural chemicals and fertilizers that are not licensed by the Ministry of Agriculture is prohibited. The use of waste disposal and composted materials are defined in details.

La présente loi modifie les dispositions des articles 2 et 3 de la loi n° 97-026 du 20 mai 1997 régissant la profession de Géomètre Expert.Aux termes de l’article 2 (nouveau), le Géomètre Expert procède en son nom et sous sa responsabilité au cours les opérations qu’il entreprend dans le domaine foncier, notamment les opérations topographiques de foncier et de cadastre ; la matérialisation des limites des biens fonciers, les opérations techniques ou aux études se rapportant aux travaux cadastraux et de lotissement, à l’évaluation, au partage, à la fusion ou à la mutation des biens fonciers.

La présente loi modifie les dispositions de la Loi N° 97-027 du 20 mai 1997 régissant la profession d’Entrepreneur des travaux cartographiques et topographiques.En effet, l’Entrepreneur des travaux cartographiques et topographiques exécute toutes les opérations cartographiques et topographiques en dehors de celles relatives aux travaux fonciers et cadastraux.
