Victor is a seasoned Land Economist with expertise in Land Management, Property Valuation, Housing & Urban Development, Research, and Policy Analysis. Currently, he serves as a Land Administration Consultant at the Global Land Tool Network (GLTN) within UN-Habitat’s Land, Housing, and Shelter Section. Previously, he was the Assistant Director of Land Valuation at Kenya’s Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning, where he coordinated collaborative valuations and land management programmes. He also served as a key technical advisor to the Mombasa County Valuation Court, and is currently leading the development of a community land valuation toolkit, incorporating livelihood and biodiversity aspects.
