Luca joined the International Land Coalition (ILC) in 2017 as Global Policy Advisor and he is part of the Influencing cluster. Prior to joining, he worked for Oxfam International as Senior Policy Advisor, focusing on leading Oxfam policy, advocacy and partnership building work around the UN Agencies in Rome and on influencing major multilateral governance and policy processes on food, agriculture and rural development issues. He is Swiss and started his career at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. 
Luca holds a Master degree in Political Science from the University of Lausanne and a Master degree in Globalization Studies from the Universities of Lausanne and Geneva (Switzerland).
