Anoukh de Soysa is the Climate Governance Specialist on the Climate Governance Integrity Programme at the Transparency International Secretariat (TI) in Berlin. Anoukh holds over 12 years of multi-country experience in governance, including several initiatives to advance social accountability and public participation in policy and decision-making processes. Most recently, Anoukh served as the vertical accountability lead on TI's Strengthening Accountability Networks Among Civil Society (SANCUS) project, where he focused on efforts to strengthen public participation in budget-related processes at national and local institutions across 14 countries. Prior to this, Anoukh has worked with a range of global governance and development stakeholders, including The Asia Foundation, BRAC, and the Open Government Partnership.
