Cet arrêté porte attributions, organisation et fonctionnement de la Direction de l'Inspection et de la Vérification Interne (DIVI), ayant pour mission, entre autres: l'assistance nécessaire au Ministre en ce qui concerne l'organisation, le fonctionnement et le contrôle de la gestion des Directions Centrales, techniques et déconcentrées, ainsi que des sociétés ou organismes sous tutelle; la vérification et le contrôle, par des inspections régulières, de la bonne exécution des missions assignées à chaque organisme en conformité avec les lois et textes en vigueur.

These Regulations provide for the establishment of Land Allocation Committees in every district authority, every urban authority and at the Ministry responsible for lands. The functions of these Committees shall be to allocate land at various administration levels in accordance with specifications given in regulation 9. The Regulations further provides for the composition of committees, meetings, accountability, etc. An applicant for land allocation aggrieved by a decision of a Committee may lodge an appeal with the District Land and Housing Appeal Tribunal. Cet arrêté porte attributions, organisation et fonctionnement de la Direction de la programmation et de la prospective du Ministère de l'environnement, de l'habitat et de l'urbanisme.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular el régimen municipal establecido por la Constitución Política del Estado. El ámbito de aplicación comprende: a) organización y atribuciones de la Municipalidad y del Gobierno Municipal; b) normas nacionales sobre patrimonio de la Nación, propiedad y dominio público; c) control social al Gobierno Municipal.

This Proclamation requires (future) public servants to disclose to and register with the Federal Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission their interests in assets, including immovable property, so as to enhance transparency and accountability in the conduct of public affairs. Customary law shall not apply to matters provided for by this Proclamation. Any public office or public enterprise shall ensure compliance with this Proclamation.

This Act provides for the recovery of moveable and immoveable assets acquired as a result of an unlawful activity and establishes an Enforcement Authority, an Investigative Agency for this purpose. It also establishes a Recovered Assets Fund. Property which is attributable to property which is recoverable may be mixed with other property where it is used for the restoration or improvement of land.

La présente loi régit la planification de l’utilisation et d’aménagement des terres au Rwanda.

This Act provides for the election, functioning, control of, tasks and powers, etc. of county governments as provided for under Article 176 of the Constitution. It also provides for a wide variety of matters relating to public administration at local level such as civic participation, access to information, public comunication and the protection of minorities.A county government shall be responsible for any function assigned to it under the Constitution or by an Act of Parliament.

La Conférence Internationale sur la Région des Grands Lacs (CIRGL) a été organisée suite aux nombreux conflits politiques qui ont marqué la Région des Grands Lacs. La CIRGL comprend onze Etats membres.

This Presidential Decree approves the funding agreement between the Government of Egypt and the International Fund for Agricultural Development on the project of developing farm irrigation in the old lands. The project will be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of Egypt, the Agriculture Research Center, the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation as well as other entities. The objective of the project is to improve irrigation networks, improve agricultural productivity, give market support to farmers, as well as enhancing water management.

The National Food Chain Safety Office is a governmental authority under the direction of the Minister for agrarian and rural development. It is the national authority of the Government, competent for plant production, soil conservation, food-chain control, animal husbandry, forestry, hunting, fisheries, wine production, agricultural administration and fruit brandy control. The territorial executive organs of the authority are the agricultural administrative offices of capital and county-level governmental offices.

According to this Decree the food-chain safety and animal health directorate, the plant and soil protection directorate, the forestry directorate and the agricultural directorate shall act as organs of the capital and county level agricultural government offices. This Decree determines in detailes which other authorities are involved in the administration of each specific matter.
