Le présent décret crée, auprès du ministre de l’Urbanisme et de l’Habitat, le Comité Interministériel de Suivi des Opérations de Libération des Servitudes de Certains Cours d’Eau non Flottables du District de Bamako ayant pour mission de suivre la mise en œuvre des actions envisagées pour la libération des servitudes de certains cours d’eau non flottables du District de Bamako.

This Regional Law determines composition, elaboration and modification of the regional land-use planning scheme. Land-use planning project shall include regulations on territorial planning and mapping of objects projected for location, description and characteristics of land areas and names of urban, municipal districts and inhabited areas. Monitoring of land-use planning schemes shall include state of environment and environmental protection arrangements.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la vivienda y el subsidio de vivienda para la población desplazada, respecto a la asignación del subsidio familiar de vivienda que se realizará exclusivamente a través de programas que desarrollen los componentes de retorno y reubicación.

Le présent décret fixe les missions, l'organisation et le fonctionnement de l'inspection générale du ministère de l'habitat et de l'urbanisme.

Various amendments concern the allocation of land and Allocation Authorities. Section 10A concerns conversion of titles in residential land in rural areas, whereas section 36A grants power to the Minister to delegate his/her powers under sections 35 or 36 to the Commissioner. Section 59A concerns the voluntary transfer by allottees or lessees of land to the State by written agreement Section 62A provides for the issue of a certificate in the case land is set aside under the Act for purposes of State.

This Plan is designed to propel Uganda towards middle income status by 2020, in line with the aspiration of Uganda’s Vision 2040. This Plan aims at strengthening Uganda’s competitiveness for sustainable wealth creation, employment and inclusive growth.This Plan prioritizes investment in five areas with the greatest multiplier effect on the economy, which are: (i) agriculture, (ii) tourism, (iii) minerals, oil and gas, (iv) infrastructure development, (v) human capital development.The Plan sets key four objectives to be attained during the five year period.

This Act makes provision with respect to Rural District Councils. The Act also concerns the declaration of districts by the President and classification of lands in Districts by the Minister for purposes of this Act.The Act makes provision for functions, powers, proceedings and organization of Rural District Councils. Rural District Councils shall have functions and powers in the fields of natural resources management, matters concerning land in a District, water, fisheries, forestry, sewerage and protection of the environment.

This Order provides in England for procedures connected with planning applications, consultations in relation to planning applications, the determination of planning applications, appeals, local development orders, certificates of lawful use or development, the maintenance of registers of planning applications and related matters. It consolidates with amendments the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 and subsequent amending instruments, in so far as they apply to England.

These Regulations concern the submission and valuation of applications for development plans. Specific provisions regard the environment and development brief to be made in relation to any development mentioned in Schedule 1.

This Act establishes the Urban Development Corporation, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to organization and financing of the Corporation.The operations of the Corporation shall be controlled by the Urban Development Board. The Corporation shall be instrumental in the planning and coordination of development in rural and urban areas declared to be development areas for purposes of this Act. Declaration of development areas in a Forest Estate or a Parks and Wildlife Estate requires the consent of the competent Minister.

La presente Ley establece medidas urgentes en materia de ordenación territorial para la dinamización sectorial y la ordenación del turismo, con el objetivo de abordar lod principios del marco en el que el turismo, principal actividad económica del archipiélago, deba desarrollarse en los próximos años, garantizando la sostenibilidad de su ocupación territorial y la fortaleza de su competitividad.

La presente Ley establece el procedimiento especial para la adjudicación gratuita de la propiedad colectiva de tierras tradicionalmente ocupadas por los pueblos y comunidades indígenas que no están dentro de las comarcas.
