This State Standard has been set by Technical Committee (TK 09) on ecology and has been registered by the Decision No. 006 of the Collegium of the State Committee for Standardisation, Metrology and Patent. This State Standard is authentic translation of ISO 10381-5:2005 Soil quality -- Sampling -- Part 5: Guidance on the procedure for the investigation of urban and industrial sites with regard to soil contamination. The initial inspection shall be in 2020 to determine the requirements of the standard to comply with the international standards, norms, rules and recommendations.
Presidential Decree No. 844 on the privatization of small hydro power plants.
This Decree aims at using water resources efficiently for electricity production and improving the energy supply. This Decree states that Azerenergy JSC is responsible with making an announcement of the small hydro power plants listed in the Appendix are open for privatization, as well as managing and reserving the right of property of listed small hydro power plants to the end of the privatization process.
Ministerial Decree No. 79 on approval of rules regarding permit for process engineering and agricultural activities in lands affected by exogenous processes.
By this Decree, the rules were approved regarding permit for process engineering and agricultural activities in lands affected by landslide, flood, erosion, wind erosion, land subsidence, abrasion and volcanic mud as well as in wetlands. This Decree states that the State Committee of Geology and Mineral Resources shall be the authorized body for assessment of exposure and monitoring of exogenous geological processes and shall take measures against them.
Ministerial Decree No. 15 on state control over use and conservation of forest fund and forest restoration.
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Producer Association shall carry out state control in conformity with the Forest Code.
Ministerial Decree No. 56 on measures for determining the geographical coordinates of areas under risk of landslides.
This Decree states that the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall be charged with making a survey of the areas under risk of landslides in Baku and Absheron peninsula and producing maps to determine the geographic coordinates of these areas. The local authorities shall ensure the coordination with the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to approve the construction projects in these areas in accordance with the Article 75.4 of the Code of Urban Planning and Construction.
