Law No. 131/2014 amending and supplementing Law No. 9244 of 2001 on agricultural land protection.
This Law amends and supplements articles 1 and 3 of Law No. 9244 of 2014. Article 1 is amended to prohibit construction work on agricultural lands except in cases foreseen in its sections 2 and 4, while section 3 is supplemented to allow temporary construction on agricultural lands not permanently attached to it and that are necessary for agricultural and livestock-related activities.

Regulation No. 480 of 2011 on land use planning.
This Regulation aims at promoting sustainable territory development and land use planning, and shall serve as the sole instrument for examining permits and licensing requests. It lays down the model rules and the land development conditions and the steps to be followed by the planning authorities to guide developing processes.
