The Resolution regulates fertility and conservation of soil. It consists of two charters: Charter for Determining Level of Fertility of Soil (Annex 1) and Charter for Soil Conservation and Fertility Monitoring (Annex 2). Charter for Determining Level of Fertility of Soil (Annex 1) consists of 10 articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Determining level of fertility of soil (3); Differentiation of soil fertility (4); Indicators for fertility levels (5); Differentiation of field assessment results of soil according to points (6); Differentiation of laboratory assessment results of soil according to points (7); Differentiation of humus and general nutritional elements and plant absorption forms’ indicators according to points (8); Means for regulating soil fertility (9); and Practical use of soil fertility indicators (10). Charter for Soil Conservation and Fertility Monitoring (Annex 2) consists seven articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Essence of soil fertility and monitoring (3); Importance of soil conservation and fertility monitoring (4); Monitoring measures (5); Monitoring of used and unused agricultural land (7); and Use of results of soil conservation and fertility monitoring (8). The purpose of the Charters is to properly conduct the monitoring measures for rational use of agricultural land and for developing correct recommendations for agricultural production.
