Cutting a total land of 724.64 ha in Tang Robang village of Hungsomnom commune in Aoral district of Kampong Speu province: 29.36 from 2002 Forest Cover, and 695.28 ha from ELC of Fortuna Plantation Cambodia Limited; Reclassifying 704.05 ha as state private land for grating donation of ownership to 330 families; and Reserving 20.59 ha as state public land.
