The present Regulation enacts section 21 of the Territorial Lands (Yukon) Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to land use planning. The text – consisting of 14 sections – deals with the following matters: establishment of land management zones, designation of inspectors, prohibitions, excavations, water crossings, monuments, archaeological sites, restoration of permit areas, emergencies, eligibility for a permit, application for a permit, terms and conditions of permit, reports, determination of land use fees, land division and plans, duties and powers of inspectors, cancellation of permit, discontinuance of land use operation and appeals. Two Schedules are enclosed.
