The present Regulation is made under section 18 of the Assessment Act. In particular, section 2 of this Regulation establishes that the real property described in the Schedule by parcel identification number is identified as special purpose property for the purpose of section 18 of the Act. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule.
