This Act provides rules relative to the establishment, management and termination of a condominium and provides for the registration of a condominium plan.Owners of land, which has been surveyed in accordance with the Land Survey Act and on which there is a building of more than one story or which consists of more residential units, may apply for the registration of a condominium plan. Such plan shall be drafted in accordance with requirements as set out by this Act. The Registrar General shall maintain a register of condominium plans. Units of a building shall be constituted as a management corporation for purposes of the management of a condominium. The Act sets out the duties and powers of such corporation.
