El país tiene una deuda histórica con las mujeres rurales, que son propietarias de tan solo 36% de los 32 mil núcleos agrarios en los que está divida la mitad del territorio nacional, lo cual denota un desigual acceso a la tierra y al mismo tiempo, tienen limitados derechos como la educación, capacitación y orientación, afirmó Mabel Almaguer Torres, directora de Proyectos Estratégicos de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu).
