The Food Security Policy is a national instrument with a multi-sectoral approach, whose long-term goal is to significantly improve food security of the population. The goal implies increasing agricultural productivity as well as diversity and sustainable agricultural growth and development.The policy aims to help eliminate hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition.
The purpose of this Act is to establish mechanisms to support a sustained long-term reduction of poverty in Ontario, above all of poverty of children. Section 3 establishes that not all groups of people share the same level of risk of poverty. The poverty reduction strategy must recognize the heightened risk among groups such as immigrants, women, single mothers, people with disabilities, aboriginal peoples and racialized groups.

The Nyanga and Matopos Estates shall vest in the President and, subject to this Act, shall be held in trust by him for the people of Zimbabwe. The Trustee may, subject to section 5 and of sections 4 and 6, in addition to using the Estates in the manner set out in the Will of Cecil John Rhodes, use portions of the Estates for agricultural purposes, including forestry, fisheries and the conservation or management of wild life and other purposes set out in section 5. The Trustee may grant such servitudes in respect of any portion of the Estates pursuant to section 7.
This Act concerns the administration of estates, the ownership of which is not clearly defined of has some legal impediments.Administration shall be carried out by public officers appointed under this Act (i.e. the Master of the High Court, the Deputy Master and Assistant Masters). This Act concerns the abolition on certain restrictions concerning trusts and provides rules for the creation in Nauru of a trust in perpetuity or for any lesser duration.
