These Regulations amend the Land Registration (Forms) Regulations, 2014 in the form of a lease substituting for the words on page 623 by deleting the words "the government of the Republic of Kenya" the words" the national/county government of" and by making some minor amendments and by making some minor amendments.

This Notice, made under section 25 of the Town and Country Planning Act, specifies in the Schedule a local authority that is appointed as a planning authority for a specified area. The functions of the Minister under subsections (1) and (2) of section 25 of the Act relating to the grant or refusal of permission to develop or subdivide land are delegated to the planning authority set out in the Schedule for the area described in the Schedule.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning in Carinthia. The Municipal Council is required to adopt a Land Use Zoning Plan which divides the entire municipality into building land, grass land and traffic area taking into consideration the local development plan and the economic, social, ecological and cultural requirements of the whole area. These Regulations, made under section 56(1) of the Sectional Titles Act, 2009 by the Minister of Lands and Resettlement on the recommendation of the Sectional Titles Regulation Board, implement provisions of the Act on, among other things, sectional plans, certificate of registered sectional title, registration of sectional plan, dealings regarding common property and endorsement or entries on registered deeds or other documents or in registers.

These Regulations, made under section 37(2) of the Sectional Titles Act, 2009 by the Minister of Lands and Resettlement on the recommendation of the Sectional Titles Regulation Board, implement provisions of the Act with respect to a wide variety of matters regarding subdivided property, including: trustees of a body corporate as contemplated in section 41(1) of the Act, duties of owners of sections, and rules of conduct of owners especially with respect to avoidance of nuisances.

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources of 23 April 2009. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

La presente Ley declara de utilidad pública en el Estado de Coahuila el fraccionamiento de los latifundios y el fomento o desarrollo de la industria ganadera. En este sentido la Ley prohíbe en el Estado de Coahuila el dominio de latifundios en manos de una sola persona física o jurídica (entendiéndose por latifundio toda propiedad territorial que exceda de cincuenta mil hectáreas destinadas a la explotación de la ganadería

La presente Ley regula procedimiento para el fraccionamiento de los latifundios, estableciendo la extensión máxima de la pequeña propiedad agrícola y de la pequeña propiedad ganadera. La Ley se aplica también al caso de las sociedad mercantiles por acciones que sean propietarias de terrenos rústicos.
