LANDac

LANDac, the Netherlands Academie on Land Governance for Equitable and Sustainable Development, is a partnership between Dutch organizations working on land governance. The partners are the International Development Studies (IDS) group at Utrecht University (leading partner), African Studies Centre, Agriterra, the Sociology of Development and Change (SDC) group at Wageningen University, the Land Portal Foundation, HIVOS, the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT), the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Enclude Solutions.

Global Land Alliance

The mission of Global Land Alliance is to enable the prosperity of people and places by advancing learning and practice to achieve land tenure security and the efficient, inclusive and sustainable use of land and natural resources.


We aim to accelerate quality development by resolving land issues with new paradigms of participation and accountability.   We are a think-and-do tank focused on resolving land issues to address four critical development challenges:


  • Food security and the challenge of sustainable food systems.

Kepa

In 2008, Kepa established an office in Bangkok to initiate its programme in the Mekong Region - Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Vietnam. In 2010, the Thai authorities gave the official permit for Kepa to operate a regional office. In september 2015 Kepa board decided to close the Mekong office due to the budget cuts by the government of Finland. Kepa Mekong has closed its doors by the end of January in 2016.

Thai Society of Higher Education Institutes on Environment

TSHE

The Thai Society of Higher Education Institutes on the Environment (TSHE) was founded in 2005, with aims to develop academic standards and environment personnel. To fulfill the objectives of the society, more than 15 Thai universities that offer courses on the environment have contributed to the activities of the TSHE. The activities include the following:

1. Developing the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education, (TQF:HEd 1)

Global Witness

Global Witness exposes the hidden links between demand for natural resources, corruption, armed conflict and environmental destruction

Mission

Many of the world’s worst environmental and human rights abuses are driven by the exploitation of natural resources and corruption in the global political and economic system.  Global Witness is campaigning to end this. We carry out hard-hitting investigations, expose these abuses, and campaign for change.  We are independent, not-for-profit, and work with partners around the world in our fight for justice.

E-Investment Cambodia

Despite significant economic advances in recent years, Cambodia still relies heavily on the outputs from its agriculture industry to provide economic stability.

In 2007, HE Lay Prohas founded E-Investment as an environmentally sustainable agri-business based company focused solely on utilizing unused land and creating economic value for the local communities and Cambodia’s economy as a whole.
