A revista Desenvolvimento e Meio Ambiente é editada pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento (PPGMADE) da Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR). Os principais objetivos da revista são publicar artigos de qualidade sobre temas socioambientais nos âmbitos local, nacional e internacional e divulgá-los amplamente em vários circuitos acadêmicos. Ancorado em uma perspectiva interdisciplinar, o foco central da revista é a discussão de problemáticas que se inscrevam na intersecção entre sociedade e natureza.
We are 13 trustees and 58 staff dedicated to advancing human rights in business and eradicating abuse. Our 18 Regional Researchers are based in Australia, Brazil, China, Colombia, Germany, India, Kenya, Jordan, Mexico, Myanmar, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, Tunisia, UK, Ukraine, and the USA. They are supported by our two offices in London and New York. Oversight is provided by our board of trustees which consists of former business people, human rights, development, and environmental advocates and academics.

The CCDA is an organization that fights for the improvement of the living conditions of the indigenous farmers by seeking a global change in the social, economic and political spheres, and for the respect of the cultures, ethnicity, language(s), traditions and territories of these peoples.
CCCND trabaja junto con las comunidades Ch’orti en la región Nor-oriental de Guatemala. La organización provee apoyo legal y visibilidad a estas comunidades que enfrentan amenazas y violaciones a sus derechos humanos dada la implementación de proyectos hidroeléctricos y mineria en sus territorios. Su trabajo a contribuido en la recuperación de identidad y gobernanza del territorio chòrti, así como en la múltiples propuestas para desarrollo de política pública para el acceso a la tierra y la administración del territorio del pueblo Ch òrti`.
The Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) is a non-profit NGO working in Africa and South America. It is one of the first international organizations to support the indigenous peoples of the world's rainforests in their efforts to protect their environment and fulfill their rights to land, life and livelihood. The Foundation aims to protect rainforests by securing the land rights of indigenous peoples and other forest-dependent communities. It also campaigns internationally on issues such as industrial logging, climate change, agricultural expansion and nature conservation.
The Rural Development Centre (RUDEC) is a Community based Organization with a mission to promote Private/Public Partnership in the deep countryside of the South West Region of Cameroon.
It was created in 1995 and filed for official approval in August, 2002 in accordance with Law No 92/006 of August 14th and its Decree of Implementation No. 92/455/PM of 23rd November 1992 in Cameroon relating to the creation of Cooperatives and Common Initiative Groups.
Ogiek Peoples’ Development Program (OPDP) is a Kenyan based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in 1999 and registered by the Kenyan Government in 2001. It was formed by the typical Ogiek elders, opinion leaders, and professionals after long historical injustices that deprived Ogiek community of their rights as Kenyan citizens.
Sahabat Alam Malaysia (SAM) or Friends' of the Earth Malaysia, is an independent non-profit national organisation established in 1977. SAM is a registered body under the Societies Act 1966 and has been a member of the Friends of the Earth International since 1983.
