The purpose of this Act is to build a beautiful and dignified national land, to create an attractive and comfortable living environment, and to bring into being unique and vibrant communities, by formulating landscape plans and taking other comprehensive measures to facilitate the formation of good landscapes in Japan's urban and rural districts, thereby improving the lives of citizens and contributing to the growth of the national economy and to the sound development of the community.

This Law lays down several amendments to Law No. 8405 of 1998 on urban planning. In particular, it amends articles 17, 22 (14), 22 (1), 28, 54, 59, 75, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83 and 84. The amendments deal with (i) tasks and responsibilities of urban planning units within the district councils and municipalities, (ii) inspections carried out by these units during construction works, (iii) demolition of objects considered to be unsafe for human life and public health, (iv) removal of unlawful constructions and arbitrary land occupation, as well as (v) penalties.

This Act amends the Local Government Code, 1991 by making minor changes to section 140 on amusement taxes.

The Decree provides the regulation for redistribution of abandoned, denuded, mountainous lands or uncultivated lands to households and families in order to increase their agricultural productions. Households and families shall be assigned with those lands the right to use them and cultivate them.

Authorised representatives of the state bodies of state power of the Russian Federation and the bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan have agreed on the following: 1) Demarcation of the objects of management and mutual delegation of powers between the state bodies of the Russian Federation and the state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan shall be governed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan and the present Treaty.

This Act makes provision for the extinction of certain areas from pastoral leases and granting them as living areas for the benefits of Aboriginal who used to be resident in those areas or to other Aboriginals. For the purpose of solving disputes related to the implementation of the Act, the Community Living Areas Tribunal is established and regulated under the Act (Part 4).

El presente Decreto, considereando que es deber del Estado velar por la protección de la integridad del espacio público y por su destinación al uso común, el cual prevalece sobre el interés particular y en cumplimiento de la función pública del urbanismo, dispone que los municipios y distritos deberán dar prelación a la planeación, construcción, mantenimiento y protección del espacio público sobre los demás usos del suelo.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 in relation with an application under section 42 or section 42A of the Planning and Development Act 2000.

The Act amends the Aliens Landholding Regulation Act by inserting a new section 5A on obligations of aliens who acquire land under section 5. On acquiring land, under section 5 for an approved development the alien shall - (a) make an application for development permission under the Physical Planning Act, 2002 within six months of acquiring the land; and (b) commence construction of the approved development within one year of receipt of development permission under the Physical Planning Act, 2002.
