Article 8 (3) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land use planning scheme attached to application on preventive coordination of allotment of land plot shall not be validated if declared purpose of specific land tenure does not correspond to authorized land uses”.

This Law provides for the management and use of state property and for land use rights.The Law stipulates that state property may be assigned by the State to state agencies, armed force units, public non-business units, political or social organizations, etc.The Law further provides for rights and responsibilities of agencies, units and organizations assigned to manage and use state property and for state management responsibilities on state property.

This Governmental Decree establishes two types of organization and management of hunting grounds: (a) within the boundaries of a single hunting ground; and (b) between more than one hunting grounds. Internal organization and management of a single hunting ground shall include evaluation of a hunting ground, subdivision of the territory, assessment of the number wild fauna species subject to hunting and elaboration of a set of arrangements for protection, reproduction and rational management of wild fauna species.

These Regulations concern matters of miscellaneous nature relative to the granting of development consent by the Infrastructure Planning Commission for certain types of nationally significant infrastructure projects. The Regulations provide with respect to, among other things: consents or authorizations that the Commission must seek; the duration of a development consent order; and steps that might need to be taken in a case where there is a notice of unauthorized development and relevant application of provisions of the Public Health Act 1936.

This Act creates a new legislative and management framework for the marine environment in Scotland. It, among other things: establishes a new system of marine planning to take into account marine environment protection and management matters, creates a system of licensing of marine activities and defines powers to establish marine protected areas to protect natural and cultural marine features. The Act also introduces a new regime for the conservation of seals and gives powers to Scottish marine enforcement officers to ensure compliance with the new licensing and conservation regime.

This Ministerial Resolution Law is composed of 15 articles. Article 1 prohibits the establishment of buildings, facilities or the division of lands outside boundaries of urban cordons approved for villages and cities, with the exception of projects for agricultural production and livestock, as well as agricultural lands on which built private houses or facilities.

The Act is the Statute of the Land Affairs Organization which is a state institute part of the Ministry of Agriculture. The Act consists of 9 articles, divided into 4 Chapters; General Provisions (I); Objectives and Essential Duties (II); Responsibilities and Authorities of the Chairman (III); Miscellaneous Provisions (IV).The main duties of this Organization include planning, policy making and organizing the implementation of all rules and regulations regarding lands and land affairs.

District Development Fund Act [Chapter 29:06].

This Act stipulates that the fund established in terms of section 3 of the African Development Fund Act shall, on and after the fixed date, continue in existence and shall be known as the District Development Fund. The trustee of the Fund shall be the Minister of Local Government, Rural and Urban Development or any other Minister to be appointed by the President. This Minister shall, subject to this Act, have the sole management, control and use of the Fund.

The Decree provides the regulation for redistribution of abandoned, denuded, mountainous lands or uncultivated lands to households and families in order to increase their agricultural productions. Households and families shall be assigned with those lands the right to use them and cultivate them.
