This Resolution, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Table, establishes Special Plan requirements for Land Planning within the Province of Tete. It specifies Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment of the Zambesi Valley and part of its Basin, in particular applies for the following districts: Guro, Tambara, Chemba, Caia, Marromeu, Morrumbala, Mopeia and Chinde. This Resolution also establishes patterns and conditions for natural resources and areas use with special and different characteristics.

The Regulation defines the contents of the Sustainable Island Development Program and the methodology for the implementation of prescribed measures.This Regulation prescribes certain rules necessary for the correct application of the Program in order to determine the developmental decisions and goals, and the tasks and duties exercised by the operators in order to achieve these commitments and goals.The Plan, part of the Annex, is an integral part of this Regulation.

This decree declares that the state has reallocated 3721.2 acres of its privately owned land in the province of Aswan (Kom Ombo) for the benefit of the commission of development and use of renewable energy. The land will be used to create solar power stations using photovoltaic cells systems.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management and promotion of cultural heritage. Boundaries of the objects of cultural heritage, land tenure regime within the aforesaid boundaries and land use planning arrangements shall be validated by the Regional Government. Boundaries of protected areas containing objects of historical and cultural heritage shall be established and mapped in accordance with substantiating documentation.

This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, authorizes the permanent and free land concession to farmers and stockbreeders of 11 land plots in Ribeira de Vinha within the island of São Vicente. It establishes the right of ownership for land exploitation to specific farmers and stockbreeders, in order to maintain and rehabilitate the agricultural lands, increase and diversify cultivations and forage production, stimulate the improvement of agricultural and livestock production, fight the poverty, creating income generating activities and improving the local food security.

This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, authorizes the permanent and free land concession to 57 farmers and stockbreeders of land plots in Tchon D´Holanda, Ribeira de Vinha, within the island of São Vicente.

This Act provides for physical and development planning in Nigeria and for the protection of environment from development. It establishes the Development Control Department and the Urban and Regional Planning Tribunal.

These Regulations, made under section 89 of the Nigerian Urban and Regional Planning Act 1992, provide rules for the composition and proceedings of the Urban and Regional Planning Tribunal of the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja. Where the secretary of the Tribunal is of the opinion that a prima facie case is shown against: (a) a developer; or (b) the Control Department; (c) any other person, he or she shall formulate the appropriate charge or charges and forward them to the Tribunal together with all the documents to be considered by the Tribunal.

This Act provides for the control of the practice of town planner and for this and other purposes establishes the Town Planners Registration Council, the Town Planners Disciplinary Tribunal and the Town Planners Investigating Panel. "Town planning" in this Act means town and country planning for the improvement of the human environment.

The aim of this Act is the promotion and development of green spaces in urban areas. The Municipalities shall be responsible for developing urban green spaces within their territories, whilst a special committee under the Ministry of the Environment shall exercise monitoring functions.

The present Regulations are enacted under the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act. Section 2 establishes that proposed or existing developments set out in Schedule 2 that are situated in a national park, national park reserve or national historic site are developments for which preliminary screenings are not required by reason that their impact on the environment of the Mackenzie Valley is insignificant.
