Le présent décret définit les règles et procédure relatives à la prévention et au traitement de la pollution des sols. L’exploitant d’une installation classée pour la protection de l’environnement (ICPE) soumise à garanties financières est tenu de remettre au préfet un état de la pollution des sols à chaque changement notable de son installation.La définition de ces mesures de gestion est précisée par arrêté du ministre chargé des installations classées.

La presente Ley establece los criterios y normas básicas destinados a conservar y mejorar el patrimonio ambiental, proteger la dinámica ecológica, la salud humana, propiciar el uso sustentable de los recursos naturales, recuperar o regenerar los ambientes desertificados y contaminados, asegurando a las generaciones presentes y futuras la conservación de la calidad ambiental y la diversidad biológica, conforme lo establece el artículo 66 de la Constitución Provincial.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 to implement Article 30 of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, which amends Council Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They insert “heavy fuel oils” to the list of hazardous substances and controlled quantities in Schedule 1 and concern exceptions for existing hazardous substances consents.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 in Schedule 4 as a consequence of the modifications of the enforcement provisions of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 introduced by the Planning (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003. Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 4 list provisions of the 1991 Order and modifications of those provisions which are applied for the purposes of hazardous substances control. Part 3 sets out those provisions as modified.

These Regulations provide for the establishment of the Landscape and Waste Management Agency as a body corporate and declare the Agency to be responsible for the management of waste and overall landscape development and management of Seychelles.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular la gestión integral de los residuos sólidos considerados como no peligrosos, así como la prestación del servicio público de limpia en el Estado de Colima. La Ley introduce normas en tema de acopio, almacenamiento, almacenamiento selectivo, recolección, reciclaje y disposición final de dichos residuos. Los artículos 29 a 32 clasifican los residuos sólidos en varias categorías.

The regulations set by this Order aim to reduce contamination of soil, groundwater and surface water as a result of plant protection products’ sprayers cleaning maintenance (filling and washing), tractors and other equipment used commercially for the application of plant protection. The Order provides for the arrangement and layout of cleaning areas and collection containers, appeals on existence and use of equipment for filling and cleaning of application equipment and requirements for the handling of plant protection products.

This Instrument, made by the Minister responsible for local government by section 48A of the Local Governments Act (as amended by the Local Governments (Amendment) Act, 2005), specifies functions of a town board. A town board shall, among other things, be engaged in waste management, urban planning and control of stray animals.
