This Act establishes native people communities within the forests of Brazil. It consists of 68 articles laying down traditional rights, work conditions, native lands requirements, protected native lands, native people definition, prohibiting land leasing, concession, exploitation, etc. and legal procedures to be applied to the aforementioned people (as well as all provisions relevant to native peoples).

This Act is composed of 35 articles divided into eight Chapters. It aims at establishing the terms under which the creation, exercise, modification, transfer and termination of the right of land use and benefit operates. It regulates ownership of the land and public domain, the right of use and benefit of land, powers and responsibilities of the concerned public bodies. In particular, it defines obligations to be fulfilled by foreign or national entities, as well as fees to be paid in order to obtain a licence for land exploitation.

This Act, consisting of 108 sections divided into nine Parts and completed by one Schedule, makes provision for the tenure, management, and alienation of crown lands. "Crown lands" means all lands of the Territory, including the bed of the sea within the territorial limits of the Northern Territory, and including an estate in fee simple that is registered in the name of the Territory, but does not include reserved or dedicated lands. The main body of the Act (Part 3) contains provisions relative to leases, easements, and servitude.

These Regulations implement the Crown Lands Act by further making provision for leases of crown lands and licences for activities to be carried on such lands. Provisions of Part 2 define which lands are available for leases, regulate commencement, execution, and surrender of leases and payment for improvements on land. Various provisions of Part 3 are concerned with licences for grazing of livestock, occupation licences and licences for miscellaneous nature. "Occupation licence" means a licence under section 90 of the Act.

In implementing the provisions of Article 47, paragraph 2, of the Constitution, this Law establishes the subjects which may be permitted to acquire into ownership non-agricultural land plots for conducting in Lithuania activities provided for in this Law; conditions, procedure and restrictions in compliance with which the subjects established by this Law may acquire into ownership a plot of land; grounds for determining the size of the land plot being acquired into ownership.

A law that regulates land-use planning and rational exploitation of land. Land is property of the Government of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, its exploitation is allowed only under concession or authorization granted by the Government. Agricultural land exploitation areas shall not exceed 300 hectars, but the Council of Ministers may authorize land-use concessions to cooperatives and national or foreign companies for areas not exceeding 1500 hectars.

Ce décret réglemente les modalités de la mise en oeuvre de la Sécurisation Foncière Relative (SFR), procédure consistant en la délimitation d'un ensemble du terroir d'une communauté locale de base bénéficiaire de la gestion de ressources naturelles renouvelables ainsi qu'au constat des occupations comprises dans le terroir. Le décret fixe les opérations préliminaires à la SFR ainsi que la méthodologie à suivre (sensibilsation, enquête, délimitation et abornement, documents, conservation et droit de jouissance).
