Trust Land (Wayleaves for Electric Lines) Rules (L.N. 625/1963).

These Rules makes provision for wayleaves on Trust land for purposes of erecting or laying of electrical lines. Licences for wayleave are granted under section 38 of the Trust lands Act and shall be in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Rules. There shall be a compensation paid for the wayleave in the same manner and to the same extent as if the land had been set apart under the Trust land Act and compensation were being paid under section 8 of that Act.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la expedición de licencias urbanísticas en suelo rural y dispone que no se podrán expedir licencias de parcelación o construcción autorizando parcelaciones en suelo rural para vivienda campestre, mientras no se incorpore en el plan de ordenamiento territorial la identificación y delimitación precisa de las áreas destinadas a este uso, con la definición de las normas urbanísticas de parcelación, las cuales deberán tener en cuenta la legislación agraria y ambiental.

Decree-Law No. 67/2005 on the concession for the right to use public maritime land located in the Island of Santa Maria.

This Decree-Law, composed of seven articles, authorizes the concession of the right to use public maritime land located in the Island of Santa Maria. The Decree-Law defines the possible private uses arising from the concession and the rights and obligations of the beneficiaries of the concession.

These Rules, for purposes of preventing erosion of the soil, place restrictions on the cultivation of land, the cutting of vegetation and the grazing of livestock on slopes exceeding a specified degree and near to watercourses. Exemptions may be granted by the Director of Agriculture, a provincial agricultural officer, a district agricultural committee or any authorized officer. Persons shall follow orders of authorized officers regarding the flow of water and no person shall obstruct the flow of run-off water.

Law on the Sale of Agricultural Land Owned by the Treasury (No. 4070).

This Law prescribes the principles on the sale of agricultural land owned by the Treasury. Sales shall be made by auction. Any individual who is registered and settled, or who owns or uses a property before 31 December 2002 at the village or the district where the lands are located may participate to the auction. Tenants who have used treasury lands for agricultural purposes since 31 December 2002 are entitled to buy that particular land with direct negotiations.

Decree No. 13/2006/ND-CP on the Determination of Land-use Right Value for Inclusion in Asset Value of Organizations Allocated Land by the State without Collection of Land Use Levy.

This Decree determines land-use right value, for lands assigned by the State, to be included in the value of organization assets. The lands are specified in article 1. Land-use rights shall constitute a state asset (art. 3). Articles 4-8 deal with the following matters: valuation of land-use rights; adjustment to land-use right value; accountng land-use right value into asset value; recovery and transfer of land-use rights.

This Legislative Decree, composed of 50 Chapters, approves the basic Order on Urban and Spatial Planning. This Act regulates the alienation, use of and control over State land. The President shall appoint a Chief Valuer to carry out the valuation of all State lands, of lands managed for or on behalf of the Government, etc. A Commissioner of Lands shall be appointed by the Minister for the general administration of the Act (sect. 2D). Every grant or lease of State land as provided for in the text, shall be in the prescribed form and shall be signed by the Collector of Land Revenue.

Punjab Land Utilization Authority Ordinance, 1981.

This Ordinance establishes a Land Utilization Authority for the purpose of controlling and managing cultivable land in the Province, and also to motivate land owners to develop their cultivable land by providing credit facilities to them. The Government shall establish the Punjab Land Utilization Authority. Powers and functions of the Authority are outlined in the Ordinance.
