La présente ordonnance porte création de l'agence de développement urbain de Nouakchott, chargée de contribuer au développement économique, de veiller à l'amélioration du cadre de vie, de l'harmonie urbanistique et architecturale ainsi qu'à l'accès équitable aux infrastructures urbaines.

The present Regulation implements the Conservation Agreement Act (Chapter C-173). It consists of 1 sections and 2 Schedules. Schedule A concerns the conservation agreement which allows landowners and conservation organizations to enter into agreements for the purposes of a) the protection and enhancement of natural ecosystems or their components, b) the protection and enhancement of wildlife or fisheries habitat, or c) the protection and enhancement of plant or animal species. Schedule B relates to the Notice of intent to file a caveat.

The present Regulation introduces some amendments to the Conservation Agreement Forms Regulation 149/98. In particular, it rewords section 1 dealing with the Schedules. Furthermore, the title of Schedule A is replaced.

The present Act implements the Conservation Districts Act (C-175). In particular, it refers to section 3 dealing with the Conservation Districts Commission.Subject to the approval of the Commission are: a) drainage improvement, development and maintenance; b) flood control; c) soil conservation; d) water conservation; e) recreation development; and f) such other programmes of resource conservation and development as the board may deem. The text consists of 20 sections.

The Ministerial Decree establishes that classification of land as protected area shall be the competence of the Government. Land use planning project with a view of land classification as protected area at the local level shall be submitted for approval to the territorial environmental, agricultural and land institutions. Expropriation of the plots of land destined for the annexation to protected areas shall be carried out in accordance with the land legislation. Land reservation for protected areas shall be carried out in accordance with the decision by the head of local administration.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that urban land use planning shall be carried out in accordance with land zoning schemes. Agricultural land of the suburban areas shall be used for agricultural purposes. Expropriation of agricultural land shall be carried out in exceptional cases by the local executive bodies. Green belt areas shall be classifies as forest land.

This Order delegates the powers and duties referred in the Schedule this Order of the Minister for the Environment to the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment. Powers concern, among other things, town and country planning matters.

El presente Reglamento desarrolla y complementa los principios, objetivos, procedimientos e instrumentos previstos en la Ley de ordenamiento territorial. Asimismo, introduce normas para el funcionamiento y la coordinación de las instancias administrativas responsables.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of the Cao Bang province.The plan, in particular, shall: raise the forest coverage; solve the issues of environmental sanitation in urban centres, border gates, industrial parks and ore mining areas; assure food hygiene and safety; etc.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Hai Phong City.The plan on the Socio-economic development shall include in particular: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; the renovation and dredge of channels, and the modernization of ports; the investment for improving the reserves and the quality of existing water sources; the renovation and building of water drainage systems; the consolidation of sea and river dykes; the protection of the quality of water, air and land; the inspection and supervision of waste sources; land-use planning.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of the Khanh Hoa province.The plan, among other things, shall: prevent environmental pollution; preserve the marine and coastal environment; ensure hygienic water sources; conserve and rationally use natural resources; protect biodiversity; etc.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of the Quang Ninh Province.
