En application des dispositions de l’article 18 de la loi n° 04-03, relative à la protection des zones de montagnes dans le cadre du développement durable, le présent décret a pour objet de préciser les modalités d’élaboration et d’adoption du règlement d’aménagement du territoire du massif montagneux, les études et les consultations préalables devant être menées ainsi que les procédures d’arbitrage y afférentes.Il est créé un conseil national de protection et de promotion des zones de montagnes dénommé "Conseil National de la montagne".

Le présent arrêté porte création, composition et attributions de l'unité de coordination et de gestion du projet de développement rural dans les départements des plateaux, de la cuvette et de la cuvette Ouest.

The purpose of the present Law is to regulate land use planning in the Canton of Schaffhausen. This Act concerns the imposition of a development charge on the occasion of every transfer of a fee simple of any land in a special development area at any time during a valuation period. A special development area shall be declared by the Minister. The Act provides rules for the assessment of value of land and the calculation of the development duty.

This Decree amends the Decree containing further rules relative to land consolidation in concentration areas so as to give effect to new provisions for the consolidation of land in general as laid down in the new Town and Country Planning Act. The Decree shall be in conformity with the new planning system introduced by the Act. The title of the principal Decree is amended.

This Act concerns response and relief in case of man-made or natural disasters and emergencies affecting the Northern Mariana Islands. The Governor-General shall be the principal authority for purposes of response to disasters and emergencies. Disasters shall include flood, water contamination and oil spills. the Governor-general may declare a state of disaster emergency and may make Executive Orders related to the declaration of a state of disaster emergency.

This Act: makes provision for the establishment of a Commonwealth Zoning Board and the Zoning Advisory Council; defines functions and powers of the Board and the Council; defines duties of the Zoning Administrator; provides for the establishment of Land Use Districts; and makes provision for land use and town and country planning in general.The Zoning Board shall implement a land use policy for various purposes of development including the wise use of natural resources including land, water and biological resources.

This Law regulates relations regarding licensing of some activities. It shall not be applicable to the issuance of licences related to licensing agreement between natural and legal persons. The Act consists of seven Chapters divided into 52 Articles: (1) general provisions; (2) the state licensing system; (3) types of activity; (4) licensing of import and export; (5) licensing terms and conditions; (6) renewal, cancellation and suspension of licences; and (7) final provisions. Licensing terms and conditions shall be equal for all persons complying with the established requirements.

This Chapter contains rules relative to the application for a Land Use Permit and the conclusion of land Use Permit Agreements in accordance with Chapter 68 of Title 21 CGA. Chapter 68 prescribes that the Director, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized to grant permits for the use of any suitable government real property, not otherwise occupied or in use, and for any lawful purposes. These Regulations specify criteria of eligibility and procedures for permits and agreements.

This Act provides for the formulation and implementation of plans to utilize, develop and preserve the national land.The State or local government shall take measures to efficiently utilize and manage national land which shall be divided into urban areas, control areas, agricultural and forest areas, and natural environment conservation areas.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Can Tho City.Socio-economic development shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; the development of water distribution systems; the building of wastewater treatment stations; the protection and improvement of the environment; the management and use of land.
