L'article 1er de l'arrêté susvisé établit que le Roi institue une ou plusieurs commissions des fermages, composée de trois preneurs, de trois propriétaires fonciers et d'un fonctionnaire du Ministère de l'Agriculture qui assume la présidence. En outre, il nomme les membres de ces commissions et leurs suppléants. L'article 2 spécifie que pour les terres données en location, les fermages maxima autorisés correspondent à leur revenu cadastral affecté d'un coefficient.

These Regulations provide for conditions, to which the right of occupancy as defined in the Land Act, 1991 is subject. The Commissioner of Lands may impose those conditions pursuant to regulation 3, but they shall not be inconsistent with the Act. Other conditions are specified by these Regulations, such as demarcation of boundaries, protection of beacons, application for building permits on urban or "peri-urban" land, etc. Regulation 7 specified conditions of use of agricultural land held in occupancy, regarding cultivation. Regulation 8 concerns the right of occupancy for pastoral uses.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has the power to designate areas as environmentally sensitive areas where it appears to it particularly desirable to conserve, protect or enhance environmental features in those areas by the maintenance or adoption of particular agricultural methods.

La présente loi a pour objectif, en conformité avec les principes de la politique agricole commune, de promouvoir une agriculture multifonctionnelle, durable et compétitive en liaison avec un développement intégré des zones rurales. Le texte comprend 4 titres répartis en 69 articles: Objectif et définitions (Ier); Encouragement à l’adaptation et au développement du secteur agricole (II).

This Law, of 17 Sections, gives definitions and establishes conditions for the acceptance or rejection of a candidate for an agricultural settlement in Israel. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) establishes that a candidate can be expelled from an agricultural settlement if the charge for his expulsion has been delivered within three years form candidate’s settlement date. Section (3) regards the appointing of committees concerning this Law. Sections (4) to (7) provide with conditions for a Candidate Expulsion Demand and its legal and administrative procedures.

This Regulation, composed of 11 sections, makes provisions for the regulation of legal and administrative procedures regarding agricultural settlements in Israel. Section (1) establishes that any prosecution in front of a committee, as listed in section 4(a) to the Law, shall be presented via the Central Prosecutions Service that shall be appointed by the Minister of Agriculture. Sections (2) and (3) list prosecutions presenting procedures. Sections (4)-(6) regard answering and clarification sitting date establishing procedures.

Cette loi porte des dispositions relatives à l’expropriation. L’article 5 établit que peuvent faire l’objet de l’expropriation les droits réels immobiliers, les droits résultant des dispositions sur la propriété foncière en matière de rapports de voisinage, en outre les droits personnels des locataires ou fermiers de l’immeuble à exproprier. Ces droits peuvent être supprimés ou restreints soit définitivement, soit temporairement.

The President, for the purpose of increasing production of agricultural commodities, decrees that the Committee on land resources attached to the Government together with Hukumats of the regions, towns and districts should allocate to citizens till February 1, 1996, 50 thousand hectares of irrigated and dry arable lands for personal farms (without the right to build houses and other establishments of household and domestic purpose, planting and cutting of fruit and forestry plants) according to the established order.

Les dispositions de la présente loi ont pour objet de définir les concepts et les principes d’une gestion rationnelle de l’espace pastoral et de déterminer les règles précises devant régir l’ensemble des aspects de l’activité pastorale de manière à assurer la préservation et la promotion du pastoralisme dans le cadre d’une évolution harmonieuse du développement rural. Le droit d’accès aux ressources pastorales est entendu comme la garantie pour le pasteur de la liberté de passage vers la ressource naturelle.

Article 4 of Directive 91/676/EEC requires Member States to establish a code or codes of good agricultural practice with the aim of providing for all waters a general level of protection against pollution. The present Decree, in implementation of such provision, lays down the code of good agricultural practice. This code takes into account solely the matters connected with the use of nitrogen in agriculture. The Regions shall elaborate special programmes on farmers’ training and education with a view to promoting the effective implementation of the code.

These Regulations, which apply to England, are made pursuant to section 98 of the Environment Act 1995, and provide for a grant to be made to any person who enters into an agreement with the Secretary of State requiring him to carry out activities which are conducive to a specified purpose on land in which he has an interest. The specified purposes are the conservation of the natural beauty or amenity of the countryside and the promotion of the enjoyment of the countryside by the public. Four pilot areas have been designated to reflect different uses of agricultural land in England.

Section 17A is added and provides for a registered Tea Small Holdings Society to institute its corporate body, possess a common seal and its registration being published in the Official Gazette as notification of the competent authority.
