Le présent décret porte création, attributions, composition,et fonctionnement du Comité de contrôle des opérations d’aménagement (CCOA.), cadre de concertation interministériel ayant pour mission de faire des propositions au gouvernement pour résoudre les problèmes d’aménagement foncier.

This Order amends the Environmental Protection Act 1990 in so far as it relates to the Joint Nature Conservation Committee ("the JNCC"). It removes certain burdens upon the Countryside Council for Wales, English Nature and Scottish Natural Heritage and on the JNCC, by relieving these Councils of various support roles and enabling the JNCC to do things for itself. Section 129(1) of the Act allows the Secretary of State, with Treasury approval, to make grants to the Councils. Article 3 amends this, so that such grants may be made directly to the JNCC.

This Order establishes the New Forest National Park Authority for the Park designated under Part II of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 It specifies the time when the Authority becomes the local planning authority for the Park. In particular, this Order makes provision for the membership of the Authority, meetings and proceedings of the Authority, reports, returns and accounts, staff, etc. The Authority becomes, for most purposes, the sole local planning authority for the Park.

Le régime des autorisations d'urbanisme organisé par le code de l'urbanisme fait l'objet d’une réforme qui vise: à clarifier le droit de l'urbanisme, en réduisant le nombre des autorisations et en précisant leur champ d'application; à simplifier les procédures et à améliorer la sécurité juridique pour les collectivités et les citoyens.

The present Regulation establishes the mechanism of the elaboration of the land use planning projects as regards allotment of the plots of land. The land use planning projects shall not be elaborated in the following cases: 1) demarcated plot of land was allotted on lease or was transferred into ownership free-of-charge without changing end use; 2) a plot of land is in ownership as a result of purchase and sale contract, gift, exchange, and in conformity with other civil legislative provisions, inheritance without changing end use; 3) a plot of land was purchased through land auction.

The Present Regulation establishes the modalities of the subdivision of the plots of land between the owners of land shares in conformity with the land use planning project as regards land use planning of the area of the land shares.

Le présent décret porte modification des articles R. 4433-3 et R. 4433-15 du code général des collectivités territoriales, en ce qui concerne les schémas d'aménagement régionaux.

Le présent décret met en exécution la loi du 9 mai 1983 sur l’aménagement du territoire et les constructions. En particulier, il fixe les idées directrices et les objectifs en matière d’aménagement du territoire.

La présente loi réglemente le développement rural. Elle a pour objectifs: a) le renforcement de l'économie cantonale; b) la sauvegarde de la viabilité des espaces ruraux; c) l'atténuation des disparités régionales; d) le maintien d'une forte population rurale; e) la promotion d'une économie agricole efficace; f) le développement d'entreprises de type familial; g) une production saine et de qualité; h) la sauvegarde du patrimoine et la préservation de l'environnement. En outre, elle complète et met en oeuvre la législation fédérale, notamment la loi fédérale sur l'agriculture.

The present Law lays down provisions concerning land use planning, protection of the environment and building regulations. The Canton shall issue guidelines for land use planning and local authorities shall issue guidelines for its application. They shall also ensure the application of all legislation dealing with the environment. Article 40 deals with the conservation, care and configuration of landscape, nature protection regions, and cultural heritage.

La présente loi porte la réglemente l' améliorations foncières. Notamment, elle régit les entreprises individuelles ou collectives dont le but consiste à améliorer les conditions d'exploitation ou d'utilisation du sol, en vue de mettre celui-ci rationnellement en valeur.

Cet arrêté reconnaît d'utilité publique les zones d'habitation et les propriétés constituant le site Habitation Leclerc, en vue de l'aménagement d'un jardin botanique et d'un complexe à vocation culturelle.
