This Regulation implements provisions of the Proclamation of The Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples Regional State on rural land rights and use. It applies to all types of rural land and lands used for agricultural purposes in urban territory.

These Rules prescribe the procedure to be followed in connection with the examination of an application for development consent by a Panel, or a single Commissioner, or the Secretary of State following a direction under section 112(1) of the Planning Act, 2008 and concerns also compulsory acquisition of land.

L'aménagement du territoire poursuit le développement du territoire national en respectant les particularités et les ressources propres des diverses régions qui le composent. Il a pour objectif d'assurer aux habitants du pays des conditions de vie optimales par une mise en valeur harmonieuse et un développement durable de ses régions en valorisant leurs resssources respectives et en maintenant un équilibre structurel et économique entre elles.

Le présent décret porte organisation du ministère de la construction, de l'urbanisme et de l'habitat, organe de conception et d'exécution de la politique du Gouvernement en ces domaines.

This Regional Law shall have as its purpose ensuring the right of citizens to favorable environment, thus ensuring favorable conditions for vital activity of citizens, and delimits plenary powers between city state bodies, local government and municipal units in the sphere of improvement of natural environment. Improvement of natural environment shall be intended a series of arrangements related to land-use planning within urban areas in accordance with land-use planning scheme.

These Regulations are primarily concerned with the organization of Government's responses to the threat and the occurrence of floods. The Government flood control administration is based on a system of flood control headquarters established at national and local levels, and at the level of designated major river basins such as those of the Yangtze and the Huang rivers (arts. 6 and 7). Flood control plans are to be drawn up by such Headquarters centres and by all other agencies and enterprises with flood fighting responsibilities (arts. 11 and 12).

This Act, consisting of 29 sections and completed by three Schedules, approves an Agreement, subject to ratification by the Parliaments of the States of New South Wales and Queensland. It establishes that each of the contracting parties provide for the enforcement of this Agreement and any Acts ratifying the borders of the above mentioned States.

This Law, consisting of 118 articles divided into XIX Chapters, regulates the Plantation sector. The implementation of the Law on Plantation aims to: a. improve the welfare and prosperity of the people; b. increasing source of foreign exchange; c. provide employment and business opportunities; d. increase production, productivity, quality, value added, competitiveness, and market share; e. improve and meet the needs of consumer and industrial raw materials in the country; f. provide protection to the plantation business communities and society; g.

The purpose of this Act is to prescribe basic matters regarding the designation and management of zones, districts, etc. in relation to the use of land to ensure transparency in the regulation of land use, thereby to reduce the inconvenience of citizens in land use and to contribute to the development of the national economy. In particular, article 15 establishes the Deliberative Committee on the Regulation of Land Use.

These Regulations prescribe for England types of development for the purposes of section 108 which provides for the payment of compensation in certain cases where planning permission for development granted by a development order or a local development order is withdrawn and where on an application for planning permission for that development, the application is refused or permission is granted subject to conditions.
