The purpose of this Law, which consists of 8 articles, is to prohibit any changes in land use of farms and gardens outside the limit of cities. The Act states that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development shall decrease urban development to the farms and gardens surrounding the cities and minimize changes in land use of farms and gardens inside urban areas.

This Act concerns spatial and development planning at a national and local level. It prescribes procedures for the preparation and adoption of planning instruments and concerns various matters relating to planning and development such as compensation and the acquisition and appropriation of land for planning purposes.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive bodies shall be responsible for allotment of plots of subsoil containing groundwater deposits used for potable water supply and industrial water use or agricultural water use with daily water abstraction not exceeding 500 cubic meters”.

The present Decision implements the Law on land use planning and building regulations (Building Law) of 19 January 1993. In particular, the present Decisions lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 6 articles.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 26 March 1996. Article 1 establishes that the Building and Environment Office is the competent authority in the Canton. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Planning (I); Terms and test methods (II); Building permit and control proceedings (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).

These Regulations implement, in relation to town and country planning in England, Article 12 of Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances in relation to inclusion of objectives in land-use policies of preventing major accidents and limiting the consequences of such accidents.

The Reconstruction and Development Corporation is established as a body corporate under section 1. The Corporation shall cooperate with local authorities in development planning and in particular shall draft and keep under review plans for the whole or part of the reconstruction area, declared by the President under section 21, guide the development and use of land, grant loans for development, construct and repair public works and facilities, etc. (sect. 2). Powers of the Corporation are set out in section 3. The Governing Body of the Corporation shall be a Board (sect. 4).

La présente loi porte Code de l'urbanisme, et harmonise les dispositions du précédent Code avec celles de la loi n° 96-07 du 22 mars 1996 portant transfert de compétences aux régions, communes et communautés rurales a consacré en matière d’urbanisme le transfert de certaines compétences qui relevaient de l’Etat aux collectivités locales.

This Act contains rules regarding the consolidation of agricultural land and redistribution of agricultural land for purposes of agricultural development and improvement of land use planning. Through the implementation of these plans, the Act aims to the conservation of the environment, including the creation of recreational areas and national parks.

El presente Acuerdo establece excepciones a la regla general que dispone la titulación de los terrenos baldíos de la nación en unidades agrícolas familiares, y los requisitos para su adjudicación.

La présente loi modifie et complète les dispositions de divers articles du Code de l'aménagement du territoire et de l'urbanisme, relatifs, entre autres, à la procedure de délimitation des zones nécéssitant d'un plan d'aménagement urbain, à la modification totale ou partielle d'un lotissement approuvé et aux plans d'aménagement de détail.

La présente loi fixe des dispositions dérogatoires concernant les procédures de changement de vocation des terres agricoles et de déclassement des terrains relevant du domaine forestier de l’Etat ainsi que de l’aménagement, des lotissements, des permis de bâtir et de l’urbanisation des terrains situés à l’extérieur des zones couvertes par des plans d’aménagement et urbanisables.
